also reduce noise from outside (if any, like the noise from your neighbor’s
lawnmower, car, etc.), while increasing thermal insulation inside and making
it easier to maintain optimal temperature with both: your air conditioner and
your heater.
One
more feature makes the difference even larger: PRYVEX TM possesses
a property to destroy viruses, bacteria and other dangerous organic/unorganic
molecules (like smoke or tar, for instance) under natural UV irradiation. Japanese
are using that property in their surgical rooms, by the way.

you need to do is to measure the actual dimensions of your panes within an accuracy
of 1/16 inch (1.5mm) to leave some room for each side making
sure the PRYVEX TM glass
can be inserted freely (not too tight, so a 1/16 inch or 1.5mm tolerance would be
O.K.) and count how many pieces of that size you want.
When the Pryvex-brand glass comes to you just clean the glass on your window very thoroughly (especially degrease it
as well as you can) and pull of the protective paper from the clear (invisible) adhesive
tape on PRYVEXTM glass and place it in each pane of your
window applying some reasonable pressure at the area of the adhesive tape. That’s
all!
Isn’t it easy?
Finally, they are removable and last forever, so you can remove them, when
moving into new house (apartment, office).
It is even easier
when you're purchasing a new window from your builder: then PRYVEXTM
glass can be installed for permanently instead of regular glass (if you are
living at very sunny states, we would recommend installing PRYVEXTM
glass for both the inside and outside of your window).
Basically you
don’t need to have panes to use PRYVEXTM glass.
